The hotel I started working at had a membership enrollment competition. 2nd after me was the girl that trained me for the position. I found out she was cheating. Its sad to see someone you trust trying to stab you in the back, but it always happens. Whatever the reason was, the recognition or the gift card. She cheated.
For the most part I never wanted to “beat” anyone at this. I thought it was just fun and motivative. Well now she’s lost my friendship. For a gift card values $25? I hope it was worth it.
